Introduction
Nielsen Communication it is a new way of conceiving corporate communication with the aim of enhancing the image of clients and support their businesses at no cost for them.The Nielsen method is applied to all products we manufacture: brochures, catalogues, notebooks, diaries, calendars, websites, corporate videos, social pages and any other form of corporate communication. The company was facing challenges in increasing its sales and enhancing customer experience due to ineffective data management and lack of communication with customers.

Objective

The primary objective of Solverix was to help Nielsen Communication increase sales and improve customer experience by implementing a lead generation strategy, data analytic systems, and multichannel communication marketing campaign.

Solution

Solverix implemented a lead generation strategy to help Nielsen Communication generate quality leads and convert them into customers. The strategy involved identifying potential customers through various channels such as social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Solverix also helped Nielsen Communication to segment its customer database based on their behavior and preferences.
